New PhD Opportunity

There is an exciting PhD (VIDA DTC) opportunity at the Department of Brain Sciences in Imperial Medicine and UK Dementia Research Institute and funded by Alzheimer's Society.

Cerebral small vessel disease is a major cause of stroke and vascular dementia, and a key contributor to Alzheimer’s. This computational project will employ integrative epigenomic and multi-omic approaches to uncover novel molecular mechanisms, biomarkers, and therapeutic targets for small vessel disease.

This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with Joanna Wardlaw and Axel Montagne at the University of Edinburgh and Abbas Dehghan and Fotios Koskeridis with Ioanna Tzoulaki at Imperial Medicine, School of Public Health.
