New neuroimaging tools using Convolutional Neural Network algorithms developed at one of the Fondation Leducq Transatlantic Network of Research Excellence collaborating centers: Sunnybrook Research Institute, University of Toronto (Canada). The research group is led by Professor Sandra Black.

Developed algorithms are designed to quantify spaces in intracranial volume, and enhance ventricular and hippocampal segmentation.

The algorithms are within the public domain and free to use.
