Start or STop Anticoagulants Randomised Trial SoSTART was an investigator-initiated, prospective, randomised, open, blinded endpoint clinical trial involving people with atrial fibrillation who had a brain haemorrhage, to determine whether starting full dose oral anticoagulation was non-inferior to avoiding oral anticoagulation for the prevention of all serious vascular events.
