Feb 2020: Many congratulations to David Hunt who has become Professor of Neuroinflammatory Medicine. Image Professor Hunt is a Wellcome Trust Senior Clinical Fellow and Group Leader within CCBS and the UK Dementia Research Institute at the University of Edinburgh. He is an honorary consultant neurologist and is Head of Neuroinflammatory Medicine at the Anne Rowling Clinic. David’s research is focused on identifying the molecular basis of brain inflammation, with a focus on neglected neuroinflammatory diseases which can damage the blood vessels of the brain, such as neurolupus and vasculitis.
